Teatro Paraguas is pleased once again to present the famous cuento by Joe Hayes at the Southside Library on July 12 at 2:00 p.m.

Eliseo is a good leñador (woodcutter),  but he is a simple man-- and not too bright. When he finds two sacks of gold coins in the forest and brings them home to his wife Adela, she has to be very quick-witted to keep them both out of trouble.

JoJo Sena Tarnoff directs the cuento, with Daric Gutierrez as Eliseo and Adela Contreras as Adela. The cast includes Christina Montaño Carey , Cristina  Rogel, Mesa Harmon , Miranda Arteaga, and Argos MacCallum.  JoJo accompanies the action on her guitar.
